Where possible, it's helpful to get legal advice as early as possible to prevent any issues or disagreements arising in future. Think of it like you would a pre-nuptial agreement before getting married: you plan for the worst but hope for the best. I can assist with forward planning including research and drafting of written agreements. If an issue has already arisen I can assist with dispute resolution both out of court and in court. I can also assist with legal adjacent matters such as identifying blood relatives including donors, donor offspring and donor siblings.

Sexual harm occurs in workplaces, schools, universities, sporting institutions and in the wider community. This is a complex and still developing area of law and it's important to understand the range of options available to help you decide whether reporting is right for you. I can negotiate a private settlement on your behalf, support you during mediation or represent you during formal reporting processes offered by government agencies. Advice available to all individuals, including those who have previously signed confidentiality agreements. Any disclosures you make to me are protected by lawyer/client confidentiality.
