This research was funded by the New Zealand Law Foundation under a partnership agreement with the Ministry of Justice and involved site research at courts in Canada and the USA.

Master of Laws Thesis

Non-consensual, deceitful and misattributed paternity

The focus of my thesis is paternity and it explores this topic in the context of family law, medical law, criminal law and torts. The first chapter of my thesis was published as an article in the New Zealand Family Law Journal and I won the NZ Law Society Honourable Rex Mason award for the best academic article published in 2014.
